The building was completed in 1924. It was home to the Chicago Cubs (Major League Baseball franchises), one of the cities for over one century. They were located on the North Side of Chicago, Illinois. The park first opened in 1914 under Weeghman Park to honor Charles Weeghman’s Chicago Whales of the Federal League, which disbanded after their 1915 season. Chicago Cubs played their first home game in the park and dominated the game and beating their opponents, the Cincinnati Reds.

Wrigley Field is incredibly excited to provide a wide range of baseball fans, regardless of COVID-19 health risk. There’s no need to be concerned since their primary concern is safety for everyone and fun throughout their time within the region. Wrigley Field ensures that each facility and area is clean and clean to ensure everyone’s safety. Masks for the face are also recommended when they are there.
Accessible Parking
Parking spaces for those who hold valid disability license plates or placards are also available. They also provide remote parking during night and weekend games and complimentary shuttle service from and to Wrigley Field.
Accessible Seating
The seating areas are scattered all over the ballpark. People with disabilities that require mobility assistance are advised to book before the game to avoid disruption.
Assistive Listening Devices
Wrigley Field also offers Assistive Listening Devices for free! They are available at the Fan Services Booth, and make sure you leave a valid ID to get the device. The device will be borrowed and then returned following the use.

Alcoholic Beverages Policies
Alcoholic drinks will not be sold after the final out of the 8th innings during daytime games. They will also not be sold after the end of the 7th inning or until 10:30 p.m. For fun in the evening. Any person who appears younger than 35 years old is required to present evidence of a valid ID showing proof of age before purchasing alcohol in Wrigley Field. Security personnel will be allowed to block access to the area and prohibit the sale of drinks to anyone who is intoxicated.
Animals aren’t allowed into Wrigley Field unless they are classified as service animals by federal law.
The gates are open to visitors up to two hours before the first game.
